Connect Appointments is recruiting Production Operatives to join an established bakery production business based in Bathgate.

Our client operates a busy production facility on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern - giving you four full days off every week - with a permanent position available on successful completion of a probationary period.

What's on offer?

Temporary to permanent opportunity
4-on 4-off shift pattern, choice of two shifts: 
7am to 7pm
10am to 10pm
Four days off every week
£12.71 per hour, paid weeklyAs a Production Operative, your duties will include:

Operating production machinery to maintain a smooth and efficient production line
Carrying out product changeovers and machine adjustments as required
Packing and labelling products accurately to meet quality standards
Following strict hygiene and health and safety protocols throughout the shiftTo be considered as a Production Operative, you will need:

Previous experience operating production machinery is essential for this role
A background in food production or manufacturing is advantageous
A reliable, hardworking approach with strong attention to detail
