Salary: £55,000 OTE per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shifts)
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Baler & Compactor Engineer to join our growing team based in Northampton. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out service, installation, maintenance, and repair of waste balers and compactors
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults quickly and efficiently
Perform on-site repairs across Northampton and surrounding areas
Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (required)
Experience working with balers, compactors, or industrial waste equipment (essential)
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
