Job Description
IMH are currently looking for a Baler Operative for our well established client in Dinnington.
What You’ll Do:
* Operate and maintain baling machines to compress recyclable materials (cardboard, plastics, metals, etc.)
* Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation
* Perform quality control checks to ensure proper material separation and bale integrity
* Keep accurate production logs and inventory of bales
* Assist in general facility clean-up and maintenance
* Follow all company safety procedures and contribute to a culture of workplace safety
What You Bring:
* Previous experience in baler operation or industrial machinery (preferred but not required — we train the right person!)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
* Willingness to work in a loud, dusty, and dynamic environment
* A team-first attitude and solid work ethic
Hours & Pay:
* £13.50 ph
* Monday to Friday
* 07:30am - 16:30pm
