Location - Ulster Hospital, Dundonald
Hours - 8am until 4pm, Monday to Friday - 37:50 hours per week
Rate of pay - £12.21 per hour and paid on a weekly basis
In this vital position, you'll:
Be the welcoming face of our service, handling reception duties.
Keep our systems running efficiently with accurate data entry and information retrieval.
Manage records and mail with precision.
Organise appointments, meetings, and essential information flow.
Support our team with day-to-day office tasks like photocopying, filing, and managing messages.
