What We Offer:
Salary of £12:21 per hour
Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Temporary - one month only ( short term contract)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to medical, nursing, and allied health staff, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining ward paperwork supplies
Manage patient records: create, update, and file patient notes and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Input and retrieve patient data using electronic systems keeping information up to date regarding admissions, discharges, and transfers
Ensure patient demographics and ward registers are accurate and current, both electronically and manually
Qualifications:
4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
