NHS Estates Helpdesk Administrator in Lisburn Area

We are looking for a confident and efficient individual to join our Estates Helpdesk Team, supporting our facilities trust-wide.
Salary - £12.31 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Answer and respond to telephone calls from staff across the trust and community clients regarding defects and maintenance issues.
Record accurate job request information using the live operational Management System (MiCAD) and liaise promptly with Estates Officers or Contractors as needed.
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports by interpreting and analysing data, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Monitor and improve your own work practices to ensure maximum efficiency, suggesting improvements where appropriate.
Assist in developing Estates Performance Indicators to support continuous service improvement.
Manage and prioritise your workload to effectively handle competing demands from multiple stakeholders.
Receive, review, and file service contractors' reports, ensure CAFM job requests are closed, and forward actions to relevant Estates Officers for follow-up.What We Are Looking For
