Join Our Emergency Department Team at Royal Victoria Hospital, West Belfast
Are you experienced in reception and looking for an exciting role in the Hospital setting ? We are hiring for a Receptionist to support our busy Emergency Department.
Rate of pay - £12.31 per hour Monday to Friday , Saturday £16.62 and Sunday £20.80 per hour
What you'll do:
Greet and assist patients and visitors
Manage appointments and coordinate bookings
Handle calls from professional staff with professionalism
Perform scanning, filing, and essential administrative duties
Use your word processing and IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) to support daily tasks
What we're looking for:
Previous receptionist experience, ideally in a healthcare or fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
A positive, team-focused attitude
