Job Description
CPL's Health division are currently recruiting a Band 6 Neuro Occupational Therapist
The client (Private Hospital) are looking for an Occupational Therapist who can work the below requirement:
- Start date Friday 19th September 2025
- End date 24th September 2025 (very likely to be extended, service dependent)
- Monday to Friday (full time, 5 days)
- 09:00 to 17:00
- Band 6
Skills/Experience required:
* Experience working with various neurological conditions including Stroke, Acute Brain Injury/Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Rehabilitation and Prolonged Disorders of Consciousness
* Able to complete thorough initial assessments and work collaboratively with MDT
* Confident with treatment of complex and specialist cases within field of neurological therapy
* Good understanding of relationship between physical, cognitive, psychological and social dimensions of illness. Knowledge of current legislation
* Ability to conduct appropriate Risk Assessments as needed. Contribute to patient-specific MDT meetings, FIM/FAM, Goal planning and completion of reports as needed
* Good communication skills
