Job Description
To provide ward-based specialist clinical pharmacy support to mental health, intermediate care and elderly care wards. This includes professional advice on policies and pharmaceutical practice, and specialist clinical advice related to the uses and side-effects of medicines.
* To work with the Medication Safety Officer to implement medicines safety initiatives within designated wards.
