A positive, friendly, and nurturing personality.
Flexibility to work across multiple schools and locations in Bristol.
Strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills.
A calm, patient and caring approach.
Team Teach or Positive Handling training is a bonus – but not essential.
A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
A commitment to ongoing learning and development (CPD provided!).
