Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Act as a crucial point of communication between vehicle operators and ground personnel to ensure the safety of all site activities.
Guidance & Direction: utilise hand signals to direct the movement of cranes and vehicles, ensuring smooth operations and minimising risks.
Site Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the worksite to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Required: - Proven experience in a Banksman role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: - Relevant certifications (e.g., Banksman/Slinger ticket) to demonstrate your expertise.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or construction environments.
