As Bar Manager, you'll oversee the full bar and lounge offering, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium hospitality experience. Your role will include:
Leading a team to deliver an exceptional 5-star service, every time
Overseeing rotas, anticipating business levels and managing hours effectively
Developing and inspiring Assistant Managers through training and mentoring
Driving innovation in the bar, keeping up with current and future trends
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety and cleanliness
