Manna Organic is looking for a friendly and experienced part-time Barista to join our growing team in Darlington.
About the Role
This is a hands-on customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, positive environment and has a genuine passion for wellness. You’ll be making coffees, smoothies, açaí bowls and organic juices, welcoming customers, keeping the space clean and beautiful, and contributing to a high-quality, uplifting customer experience.
This is a part-time position, working 3–4 shifts per week, including weekends. More hours may be available as we grow.
What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve barista-style coffee, matcha, teas, and juices to a high standard
*
Provide warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
*
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift
*
Work collaboratively with the team to keep the space running smoothly
*
Represent the Manna Organic brand and values

Barista experience (coffee and matcha skills essential)
*
A love for healthy living, vibrant food, and natural wellness
*
A friendly, helpful attitude and confidence engaging with customers
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
*
Reliability and flexibility with availability (including weekends)
*
The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
*
Food hygiene training (preferred, but not essential – can be provided)
