📍 Location: South Kensington, London 💷 Salary: £12.50 per hour plus service charge and tips 📅 Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including evenings & weekends
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender with food service expertise to join our luxury hotel team. You will create exceptional cocktails, recommend wine pairings, and provide an outstanding guest experience while assisting with food service as needed. This role blends hospitality, creativity, and efficiency in a high-end setting.
Key Responsibilities:
🍸 Bartending & Beverage Service:

Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision.

Provide knowledgeable wine and drinks recommendations to guests.
*
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
*
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health regulations.
🍽 Food Service Assistance:

Collaborate with the restaurant team to assist with food orders.
*
Serve bar snacks, small plates, and paired dishes alongside drinks.
*
Maintain a seamless guest experience between bar and food service.
👥 Guest Interaction & Service Excellence:

Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.

Handle special requests and recommendations confidently.

Ensure an efficient and high-quality service during peak hours.
🛠 Operations & Hygiene:

Conduct bar setup and closing procedures daily.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and supply teams.

Keep bar areas spotless and organized at all times.
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or high-end venue. ✔ Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits. ✔ Comfortable serving food alongside drinks, with an understanding of menu pairings. ✔ Ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Excellent communication & guest service skills. ✔ Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethicBefore You Apply
