Job Description
Experienced Bartender required for the bar within a prestigious hotel, located in the picturesque and historic town of Rye, East Sussex.

* Meals on duty
About the role:
This Bartender role offers the opportunity to work within a busy hotel bar, within a wider Food & Beverage team. The pub area, serves Sussex ales, draught cider, and continental beers. There’s also a wide selection of wines by the glass and a healthy representation from local English vineyards. Cocktails and nibbles are also served.
Who we’re looking for:
* Previous hotel, bar or hospitality experience, including cocktail service
* Have a genuine passion for food and drink
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Sense of urgency
* Can do attitude
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a friendly and professional bar service to hotel guests
* Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and drinks
* Assist with food service within the bar area when required
* Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy periods
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service
* Deliver an efficient and welcoming guest experience

* This small town has good transport links including bus and train services
