Job Description
I'm looking for Bathroom Fitters for a property maintenance contract working within social housing properties in Warwickshire.
The duties of the Bathroom Fitter will include:
Ripping out existing bathroom suites
Patch plastering
Tiling
Installation of baths, showers, WC and sinks
Boxing in
Flat lay vinyl flooring
Ideally I'm looking for Bathroom Fitters that have:
Experience working in social housing
Their own tools
Full UK driving licence and their own van
Blue CSCS Card
And in return, the Bathroom Fitter will receive:
£190 per day
40 hours per week on a long term contract
