Job Description
IMH Recruitment are looking for a reliable Wetroom and Bathroom Fitter to carry out all aspects of multi skilled plumbing work relating to repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, including responsive and planned repairs, empty homes reinstatement, disrepair, damp and capital investment for our client in BL2, Bolton.
Job Duties:
* Installing wetrooms and bathrooms.
* Remove bathroom and alter all pipework.
* Fit level deck tray to wood and concrete floors.
* Patch plastering and Dot & Dab to walls.
* Minor joinery.
* Tiling 10sqm to good standard.
* Floor screening.
* Will be working onsite each day
Requirements:
* NVQ multiskilling certificate or relevant experience in a multi-skilling role.
* Time served Plumbing Apprenticeship or Qualification.
* 3 years experience of working in the building industry
* Experience of working in social housing.
* Experienced in general plumbing and associated duties.
* Ability to trace, diagnose and rectify faults relevant to multi-skilled trade.
* Must have a full valid driving licence.
* A valid CSCS Card is desirable but not essential.
Hours and Pay:
* Monday - Friday (37 Hours per week)
* Generally between the hours of 8am-4pm.
* £23.00 - £25.00 Per hour
