Location: Newcastle College, Scotswood Road, NE4 7SA
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (08 September – December 2025)
Hours: 24 contact hours per week

Job Summary:
The Supply Register is currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Beauty Lecturer to join the team at Newcastle College on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach and inspire learners on Level 2 Beauty programmes, with the potential to also deliver at Level 3.
This role is ideal for an experienced beauty professional with a teaching qualification who is looking to make a positive impact in a further education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Level 2 Beauty (and potentially Level 3).
Plan, prepare, and assess teaching materials to support learner success.
Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
Monitor and track student progress in line with college requirements.
Requirements:
A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or assessor award acceptable).
A Level 3 qualification in Beauty.
Previous teaching or assessing experience in further education is desirable.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one through The Supply Register).
