Your Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will: Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons continue smoothly Deliver pre-prepared work and keep students engaged and focused Encourage positive behaviour and support students who need guidance Provide 1:1 or small-group support to help pupils succeed Act as a positive role model, building strong relationships with staff and students Develop real-world classroom leadership and behaviour management skills No two days are the same — you’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of subjects and year groups.
