About the Role: As Behaviour Lead, you will take command of behaviour standards across the school, reinforce routines, and provide direct guidance to pupils who require firm structure. You will oversee behaviour frameworks, lead interventions, and maintain a disciplined, predictable learning environment. Key Responsibilities as Behaviour Lead: Behaviour Leadership: Drive whole-school behaviour expectations with consistency and authority. Routine Management: Maintain strong daily structure, boundaries, and clear behaviour systems. Targeted Interventions: Lead firm, outcome-driven interventions to improve conduct and self-discipline. Behaviour Monitoring: Track behaviour data, incidents, and progress trends with precision.
