Behaviour & Learning Mentors - Secondary Schools - Hackney
📍 Location: Hackney, East London
🕒 Full-Time | Term-Time Only
💰 £90-£110 per day (experience dependent)
Are you passionate about helping students overcome challenges in the classroom? Secondary schools in Hackney are hiring Behaviour & Learning Mentors to support pupils struggling with engagement, focus, or emotional regulation.
This role is suited to individuals with experience in youth work, alternative provision, or school support who want to make a difference in the lives of young people.
Daily Duties:
* Working with students with SEMH or behaviour needs
* Supporting individual learning plans and classroom engagement
* Running small group workshops or mentoring sessions
* Collaborating with pastoral and SEN teams
You'll Need:
* Patience, confidence, and strong behaviour management skills
* A positive and restorative approach to discipline
* Experience with young people in educational or community settings
* A desire to help students achieve their potential
