About the Role
This is not a typical support role-it's a chance to shape lives. You'll work closely with pupils across primary and secondary phases, many of whom face behavioural and emotional barriers to learning. Your mission will be to build trust, offer stability, and help students engage with their education in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored, one-on-one and small-group support to students with SEMH and complex behavioural needs
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school leaders to deliver holistic, consistent support
Use behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
Support students in developing self-regulation skills, emotional awareness, and confidence
Act as a role model, mentor, and steady presence throughout the school day
