The Role - Behaviour Mentor
We are seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive SEMH secondary school in Greenwich. The school caters to students aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, many of whom present with challenging behaviour.
You’ll work closely with teaching staff to create a safe and structured learning environment, using your skills to de-escalate situations and provide consistent emotional and behavioural support throughout the day.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working with vulnerable young people and who is passionate about helping them succeed both academically and personally.
