The Role – Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a PRU in Brent on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful Behaviour Mentor will support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs, helping to re-engage them in learning through mentoring, structured routines and emotional support. You will be working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and parents/carers to ensure students receive the support they need.
The School – Behaviour Mentor
This PRU based in Brent provides education to students who have been excluded from mainstream school or who require additional behavioural support. The school is supportive and well-resourced with a strong emphasis on personal development, trauma-informed practice, and building strong student relationships.
