The Role – Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a PRU based in Brent on a long-term, full-time basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with students who display challenging behaviour and may have been excluded from mainstream school. You’ll be responsible for providing behavioural and emotional support, de-escalating situations, and helping students re-engage with learning. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with disengaged youth or students with SEMH and an enhanced DBS on the update service.

This PRU in Brent caters for students aged 11–16 who require alternative provision and behaviour support. The school is dedicated to creating a supportive and structured environment that encourages positive choices and emotional growth. Ongoing training and development opportunities are provided for all staff.
