The Role – Behaviour Mentor
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join an SEMH school in Southwark. In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will provide 1:1 support to students with SEMH and ASD, helping them manage challenges and achieve their full potential. The successful Behaviour Mentor will be passionate about supporting each student to succeed, recognising and nurturing the strengths of every child. For this Behaviour Mentor role you will have at least one year of experience working in a school environment, with a proven ability to build positive relationships and make a meaningful impact on student development.
