The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional assistance within a mainstream primary school. Your responsibilities will include delivering 1:1 and small group interventions, developing positive behaviour strategies, and helping pupils to regulate their emotions and engage in learning. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and pastoral team to provide tailored support that promotes positive outcomes both academically and socially. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
