Behaviour Mentor – East London Setting: Mainstream Secondary School Start Date: ASAP Duration: Long Term until July 2026 Daily Rate: £95.00 - £115.00 per day Full-time 8:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday Are you passionate about helping young people reach their full potential? We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join an inclusive and forward-thinking secondary school in East London. This is a highly reputable and well-respected school in East London who are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to play a key role in shaping positive attitudes, building strong relationships, and supporting students to overcome barriers to learning. About the Role As a Behaviour Mentor in East London, you’ll work closely with pastoral staff, teachers, and senior leaders to provide targeted support for students who may be struggling with behaviour, confidence, or engagement. You’ll help identify triggers, develop strategies for success, and act as a positive role model throughout the school day. No two days are the same – one moment you might be mentoring a student one-to-one, the next you could be leading a restorative conversation or supporting in class. You’ll be helping students feel heard, valued, and motivated to make positive choices.
