Do you have experience supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and associated behavioural difficulties? Would you thrive working in a specialist all-through SEMH school setting? If so, this Behaviour Mentor role could be the perfect opportunity for you! The Role – Behaviour Mentor We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist all-through SEMH school in Hackney. As a Behaviour Mentor you will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils aged 5–19, helping them manage behaviour, engage with learning, and develop positive coping strategies. For this Behaviour Mentor role you will work closely with teaching staff and therapists to implement personalised strategies for pupils with a range of needs, including ADHD, trauma-related behaviours, and social communication challenges. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people to build resilience, independence, and confidence. The School – Behaviour Mentor This all-through SEMH school offers a therapeutic and structured environment for students with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
