The role – Behaviour Mentor
I am currently working with a mainstream secondary school in Camden that is seeking a proactive and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible.The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support with their behaviour and emotional regulation. You will provide one-to-one mentoring, run small intervention sessions, and work alongside the pastoral and SEN teams to implement tailored strategies that promote positive outcomes.The ideal candidate will be patient, approachable, and passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning. Experience in a school, PRU, or youth work environment is highly desirable.
