Behaviour Mentor - PRU Setting
Location: Longsight, Manchester
Salary: £23,114 per annum (pro rata) - £115-£120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Long-term
Simply Education are recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to work in a Pupil Referral Unit in Longsight. This role involves mentoring pupils who require additional support to manage behaviour, develop emotional resilience, and re-engage with education.
Key Duties:
Build positive, consistent relationships with pupils.
Deliver structured mentoring sessions focused on behaviour and wellbeing.
Support classroom activities and implement Team Teach strategies effectively.
Help pupils develop coping mechanisms and self-regulation skills.Requirements:
Team Teach qualification (essential).
Previous experience in an SEMH, PRU, or youth support environment.
