Behaviour Mentor (SEMH) - Immediate start | Make a Lasting Difference
Are you a compassionate, resilient, and positive role model who is passionate about supporting children to overcome barriers to learning? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our warm and welcoming school community this September, working closely with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The role:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
* Build positive, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and understood
* Support pupils in managing emotions, behaviour, and social interactions
* Work alongside teachers to remove barriers to learning and promote engagement
* Implement behaviour support strategies and individual plans
* Encourage resilience, independence, and positive choices
We are looking for someone who:
* Is patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
* Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (desirable but not essential)
* Is a strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Is proactive, flexible, and solution-focused
* Believes in every child's potential and is committed to helping them succeed
