The Role – Behaviour Mentor
This primary school in Wandsworth is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils across Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, helping them to regulate their emotions and re-engage with learning. You will provide 1:1 mentoring, lead small group interventions, and collaborate with teaching staff and pastoral leads to implement behaviour strategies. Experience working with children with SEMH, ADHD, ASD or similar needs is essential.
