Salary: £86 – £100 per day (Depending on Experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long Term, Full-time / Part-time

This is an ideal opportunity for someone experienced in behaviour support, youth work, or SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) settings who is ready to make a lasting impact.
Your Responsibilities as a Behaviour Mentor:
Providing 1:1 or small group support to students with behavioural or emotional needs.
Assisting with managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive strategies.
Supporting students' emotional regulation, self-esteem, and engagement in learning.
Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams.
Helping create a safe, respectful, and supportive school environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with young people with SEMH, behavioural challenges, or in similar support roles.
Team Teach training (preferred).
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and consistent under pressure.
A proactive and resilient attitude with a passion for student well-being.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
