About the Role:
We are on the hunt for a leading Behaviour Mentor to work at one of our leading SEN Secondary Schools in East London.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in criminology, psychology, sociology, healthcare, or anyone looking to transition into education. If you're passionate about working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Details:
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Start: September 2025
Location: Haringey, North London
Contract: Full time (Long Term Contract)
Rate: £90-115 per day

Responsibilities:
Support children with mild to moderate SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and social interaction challenges.
Work 1:1 and with small groups to ensure progress in learning and personal development.
Maintain a calm, supportive, and interactive approach to motivate students throughout the day.
Encourage small achievements, promoting confidence and motivation in every child.Candidate Requirements:
Strong knowledge of SEN and previous experience in a similar role.
A calm, patient, and resilient demeanour.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Passion for working with children with SEN, with a focus on helping them thrive in a school setting.
