Key responsibilities • Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural challenges • Implementing effective behaviour strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive learning space • Supporting classroom teachers and contributing to individualised learning plans • Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing regular feedback to staff and parents • Acting as a role model, fostering trust and resilience in pupils through consistent support What we’re looking for • Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour • Confidence using a range of behaviour management strategies • A proactive, patient, and empathetic team player • Commitment to helping every pupil reach their full potential • Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, pupils, and families If you're ready to be part of a forward-thinking, child-centred school community, we’d love to hear from you.
