1. Behaviour Mentor - SEN Schools - Havering
Location: London Borough of Havering
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (PAYE)
Contract Type: Day-to-Day Supply (Long-Term Roles Available from September)
Start Date: Immediate / September
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with additional needs?
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and calm Behaviour Mentors to support students in SEN schools across Havering. You'll play a vital role in helping children with behavioural and emotional needs access education and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, especially those with autism and SEMH
Encouraging engagement through consistent routines and positive reinforcement
Working with SENCOs and support staff to implement behaviour plans
De-escalating challenging situations calmly and effectively

Who We're Looking For:
Experience in youth work, SEN support or behaviour management
Calm, compassionate and resilient under pressure
