Behaviour Mentor - Primary School - September Start Location: West Ealing, London Pay: £100 - £120 per day (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time, September Start Long Term Futures is partnering with a primary school in West Ealing to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for supporting children with behavioural challenges and making a positive impact on their educational journey. The Role: Support children with behavioural challenges in the classroom and during school activities. Implement behaviour management strategies and work with teachers to develop tailored plans. Provide one-on-one support or group interventions to promote positive behaviour and engagement. Team Teach trained or willing to complete the necessary training to support students effectively. Monitor and track students' progress, working with staff to ensure their emotional and behavioural needs are met. Why Apply? September Start - Join a supportive team and make a difference. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, patient, and adaptable individual who is passionate about supporting students in their educational journey.
