THE ROLE – Behaviour Mentor
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wandsworth is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team from September 2025. The role involves working closely with pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional, or social support, both in and outside of the classroom. You’ll work alongside teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral leads to implement behaviour plans, de-escalate challenging situations, and support positive pupil outcomes. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a nurturing attitude are essential for this position.
