The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely with students who display challenging behaviour, supporting them in their daily school life and helping to implement behaviour management strategies. Your role will involve mentoring pupils, building trust, and assisting them to re-engage with their learning. You will work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create a safe and nurturing environment.
