Behaviour Mentor - Immediate Start - Bromley
Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for a new challenge? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting passionate and resilient individuals to work as Behaviour Mentors across mainstream secondary schools in South East London, including Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, and surrounding areas. Roles are available for immediate start, with both long-term and flexible daily supply options to suit your schedule.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll support students with behavioural and emotional needs, helping them to engage positively in school life. You'll work one-to-one and in small groups, implementing behaviour strategies, building strong relationships, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Previous experience supporting children or young people (e.g. school, youth work, care)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Must have the right to work in the UK
