Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Salary: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work across a range of secondary schools and alternative provisions in Tower Hamlets. These roles involve supporting students with behavioural challenges, social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, or those at risk of exclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted behaviour and learning support to individuals and small groups.
Build trust and positive relationships with pupils who may display challenging behaviour.
Work closely with teachers and support staff to promote engagement and progress.
Assist in implementing behaviour plans and restorative strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with vulnerable young people or in behaviour support roles.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and confidence in managing difficult situations.
A passion for helping students re-engage with their education.
