Behaviour Mentor – Wandsworth – Primary School – September Start – Full Time – £90–£110 per day * Behaviour Mentor required in Wandsworth * Behaviour Mentor required in September 2025 * Behaviour Mentor required to have experience working closely with students with SEMH, challenging behaviour, and additional needs * Must have experience working in a school setting Are you looking for a Behaviour Mentor role this September ? If so, this Behaviour Mentor role could be the ideal next step in your career! THE ROLE – Behaviour Mentor We are seeking a passionate and proactive Behaviour Mentor who will work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils who display challenging behaviour, helping them regulate emotions, stay engaged in lessons, and build positive relationships. You’ll work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver targeted interventions and behaviour plans. A patient, empathetic, and consistent approach is key to success in this role.
