Do you have a calm, resilient, and positive approach to behaviour management? Are you a Behaviour Mentor ready to make a difference from day one? If you answered yes to the questions above, then this Behaviour Mentor position is for you! The Role – Behaviour Mentor The role of the Behaviour Mentor is for a confident and approachable individual with recent experience supporting students who display challenging behaviours. You will work closely with teaching staff and the pastoral team to support targeted pupils in both 1:1 and small group settings, helping them to manage their behaviour, re-engage with learning, and develop their social and emotional skills. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will be proactive, consistent, and capable of building strong, supportive relationships with students.
