Are you calm under pressure, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people who need that extra guidance? We’re recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in West Drayton, providing 1:1 and small-group support for students with behavioural, emotional or social needs.
Whether you’re looking for flexible day-to-day work or a long-term/permanent role, we want to hear from you!
✅ The Role:
Support students in managing behaviour, building self-esteem, and engaging in learning
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
Help create a safe, structured and nurturing school environment
Use de-escalation strategies and restorative approaches
You Might Be:
An experienced TA or mentor with behaviour support experience
A youth worker, sports coach, or psychology/criminology graduate
A calm, patient, and consistent role model
Trained in Team Teach or similar (bonus – but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
