The Role – Behaviour Mentor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join a thriving secondary school in Edmonton from September 2025. This full-time role will involve working closely with students across KS3 and KS4, offering individual and group support to those with behavioural or emotional needs.
You will:
Provide consistent and targeted behavioural support to identified students
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral leaders to develop tailored support strategies
Build trusting relationships to help students develop emotional regulation and social skills
Support a positive and inclusive learning environment across the school
Play a key role in school-wide pastoral and behaviour intervention programmes
