The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students aged 11–16 who require additional support due to social, emotional, and behavioural needs. You’ll support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them to regulate their emotions, manage behaviour, and engage with learning. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, and confident in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques. Experience in PRUs, alternative provisions, or working with vulnerable learners is highly desirable.
