The Role – Behaviour Mentor
We are seeking a passionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with students across KS3 and KS4 who have SEMH needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, offering academic and emotional support, and helping students regulate their behaviour.
Your role will involve both in-class and out-of-class support, assisting with schoolwork and behavioural management. You’ll need to foster a positive, supportive environment, track student progress, and deliver regular encouragement and feedback.
