Do you have experience working with children who need additional support managing their emotions and behaviour? Are you looking to make a meaningful difference in a primary school in the borough of Islington? The Role – Behaviour Mentor We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Islington from September 2025. This full-time, long-term role involves working closely with pupils who require help managing their behaviour, building positive relationships, and developing strategies to support emotional regulation and social interaction. You will support the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to implement individual behaviour plans, deliver interventions, and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. A good understanding of behaviour support strategies, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed approaches is essential.
