THE ROLE – Behaviour Mentor
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with a pupil in a Lambeth primary school who presents with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs. You will play a key role in helping the student develop emotional regulation, improve focus in class, and build positive peer relationships. Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher, you’ll help implement behaviour plans and provide targeted intervention throughout the day. This role requires someone calm, patient, and consistent, with a passion for making a real difference.
